This is my all time favorite Roast chicken recipe. It is very easy to make and chicken will come out beautifully brown, tender and moist. I would make this dish every occasion that needs to be celebrated with family and friends and they all love it. The mix of honey, garlic, mustard, and chili powder add a wonderful flavor to the roast chicken, You don�t need lot of other dishes to make a meal.
